Rulon brings accounting, inventory, orders/warehouse and branch management into one system. It runs in the browser — nothing to install. You pick the modules your business needs and pay only for those.
What each module does
- Accounting — invoices, payments, cash accounts, expenses and a double-entry ledger with customer balances and statements.
- Inventory — products and variants, warehouses, stock in/out, transfers, stock counts and cost tracking.
- Orders / Warehouse — shop orders, measuring, dispatch to drivers, deliveries, returns and purchase records.
- Branch Panel — branch sales, commission, branch cash and requests to the central warehouse.
Pricing
Every new organisation starts with a 14-day free trial — no payment is taken during the trial. Prices are per month in US dollars.

Payment
There are two ways to pay: bank transfer / QR and card. Card payments are billed and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and Merchant of Record; Paddle issues the invoice and calculates tax based on your location at checkout. Prices shown here are exclusive of tax, and the price you see here is the price shown at the Paddle checkout.
Payments cover a fixed period and do not renew automatically: you use the Service for the period you bought. When it ends your data is not deleted — the account becomes read-only until you pay again. See our Refund Policy for details.
