Terms of Use
Effective date: 29 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the business software ("the Service") provided by Rulon ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
Rulon is browser-based software for small and medium businesses, made up of separate modules: Accounting, Inventory, Orders / Warehouse and the Branch Panel. Your organisation only sees the modules it has.
2. Accounts and users
- The person who creates an organisation owns it and can add users.
- Each user's access is limited to the modules and pages granted to them.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. If you believe your password has been exposed, change it immediately.
- The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Free trial and payment
- Every new organisation starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial.
- Pricing depends on the modules you choose and the number of users.
- Payments are for a fixed period and one-off: you use the Service for the period you bought, and nothing renews automatically. If you do not pay again, no further charge is made.
- Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Your card details never reach us; Paddle handles the transaction and issues the invoice.
- Bank transfer / QR payment is also accepted; your subscription is extended once the payment you declare has been checked.
4. What happens when the period ends
When the trial or the paid period ends, your data is not deleted. The organisation becomes read-only: you can still view and export your records, but you cannot add new ones. Paying again restores write access to the same data.
5. Closing the account and deleting data
You can mark your organisation for deletion at any time. The request is held for 14 days; if you change your mind within that period, nothing is lost. After it passes, the organisation's data is permanently deleted.
6. Acceptable use
- You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- You may not access another person's account without permission, probe the system or attempt to bypass security controls.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
7. Your data belongs to you
The records your organisation enters (customers, invoices, stock, orders, documents) belong to you. We host and process them only in order to provide the Service. See our Privacy Notice for details.
8. How the Service is provided
The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted operation; maintenance, updates or provider-side outages can occur. We take reasonable technical measures and keep regular backups.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect and unforeseeable damages. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here removes rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current text is always published on this page; if a change is significant we notify the organisation owner by email.
11. Governing law
The Service is operated from the Kyrgyz Republic and these terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. For card payments, Paddle's own terms of sale also apply.
